Cumberland University's Online RN-BSN program is designed for the working nurse. Nurses with an Associate's Degree or Diploma in nursing, meeting the admissions requirements, will have the opportunity to continue working their current work schedule while finishing their BSN Degree. The RN-BSN program will prepare the RN with an education focused on: a) the future of the nursing profession, b) addressing current trends in healthcare, and c) providing a foundation for graduate education. There are no required clinicals for this program. Students will, however, complete course projects using their work environments and communities.
