MSN 5130 Professional Leadership Role and Interprofessional Collaboration

In this course learners examine the challenges confronting nurse executive leaders in the twenty-first century. Emphasis is on analyzing executive leadership and communication skills used to facilitate and promote group consensus and compromise. Learners examine skill-set needed for developing and maintaining beneficial relationships and partnerships to promote optimal health outcomes.
