Scheduling Policy

The Head Coach will provide a tentative schedule to both the Athletic Director and the Faculty Athletic Representative at the time designated by the Athletic Director.

The Faculty Athletic Representative will review the schedule for any conflicts on classes and times. The Athletic Director will review the schedules for any conflicts, class schedule problems, and budget implications.

The Faculty Athletics Representative and the Athletic Director will communicate with the Head Coach for final approval.
