Forensic and Criminal Justice Sciences - Online Degree Completion Program
The Forensic and Criminal Justice Sciences (FCJS) online degree completion program is dedicated to providing a quality online educational experience in the areas of Forensics, Administration of Justice, and Corporate Security. Students are provided a solid base of knowledge within each of these emphasis areas.
The FCJS online degree completion program offers a new approach to the traditional educational setting. This three-track concentration offers students the opportunity to learn the basics of Forensics, Administration of Justice, or Corporate Security from individuals who are currently in the field, have retired from the field, or who have advanced education in the field. Our instructors combine theory with practical application to provide students with a "real world" view of how each emphasis area operates.
This program is designed for those individuals who are not able to or do not desire to engage in the traditional classroom experience. Applicants must be 21 years of age or older to enroll. Applicants who are currently employed or have recently been employed in the field of Criminal Justice may qualify for academic credit based upon previous training and experience, which must be documented. After a thorough review by the University and the FCJS Program Director, credit may be awarded. In addition, applicants must have a minimum of 30 hours of academic credit, covering the majority of the General Education Core courses, or a university parallel Associate's degree from a regionally accredited institution of higher learning.
