Course Overload
A full time undergraduate student may register for 12-18 credit hours each semester. Students, with at least a 3.00 GPA, who wish to take more than 18 hours in any semester must complete an academic appeal form, not to exceed 21 hours.
Required documents
- A letter from the student indicating the reason for the overload, the semester in which the student plans to enroll in an overload.
- The course number(s) and name(s) of the courses to be added for overload, if approved.
- Verification from the student's advisor that the student has at least a 3.00 GPA.
