ED 191 Computers in the 21st Century Classroom
This course is designed to develop prospective teachers' understanding of and proficiency in the use of technology and effective integration of technology into the curriculum. Candidates will gain a greater understanding of the integration of hardware and software in the production and utilization of multimedia materials in the classroom. A series of mini-projects will lead to the successful completion and presentation of a major multimedia presentation appropriate to their own subject area. Candidates will be introduced to the electronic format for their Teacher Portfolio, which will be reviewed at Teacher Education Progression checkpoints. Fee: $35.00
