Undergraduate Enrollment in Graduate Courses
Students who are near completion of the requirements for a bachelor’s degree may submit an academic appeal petitioning to enroll in a graduate course. Undergraduate students will be permitted to enroll in no more than two 5000-level courses prior to completion of the baccalaureate degree. In order to qualify, a student must at minimum be within 30 semester hours of graduation and have an overall GPA of 3.50 or above. The student is required to have approval from the Dean of the appropriate School prior to enrolling in course. If this course is used as a part of the graduation requirements for the baccalaureate degree, it cannot be used as a part of the graduate degree at Cumberland University.
