NUR 373 Adult Health Nursing I

Provides a theoretical basis for responding to chronic, acute, and complex health patterns as well as specific pathophysiological processes basic to teaching/learning principles for nursing practice. Focus on application of the nursing process to meet the physiological and psychosocial needs of adults in various degrees of wellness and from varying cultural backgrounds. Continued development of communication skills, professional development, ethical/legal, and economic issues.Three classroom hours and four credit hours of clinical per week (180 clinical hours/semester). Fees: $245.00 testing fee and $50 laboratory fee.
